The Stretching Postural® method owes its existence to Jean-Pierre MOREAU, physiotherapist at the Institut National des Sports and coach to high-level athletes. In 1965 he develops a method where each exercise, set up progressively and slowly, enables us to discover our deep musculature and postural muscles. Stretching elongates the muscles and modifies one’s silhouette. It instantly allows one to emphasize one particular muscle or muscle chain as well as one or more joints.
